Seascape is the family cottage in Cley on the North Norfolk Coast. Situated on the outskirts of Cley next the sea, it has stunning views over the marsh and the world famous bird reserve that has a wide variety of migrants during the spring and autumn. The large picture window at the front of the house means that it is easy to while away many hours sitting at the dining table just watching the marsh go about its business. Norfolk is famous for its light and this is never better than when the sun is setting and the sky turns salmon pink. The delight of the house is that you don’t have to go anywhere to take in the sky, the marsh, the light – it’s as though the garden extends right out to the shingle beach.
It is a short walk into the centre of Cley where you can spoil yourself in PicnicFare – the best deli in Norfolk, or have tea in the Visitors Centre. The Cley smoke house sells delicious smoked fish, pates and the like. Sadly the award winning Pastonacres bakery has recently closed, but the pastry chef continues to make pastries and Sourdough for PicnicFare.
The house sleeps 7 people comfortably and consists of
-large master king sized bedroom
-standard double bedrooom
-twin bedroom
-downstairs single bedroom
